The Origins of Santa Cop

The eternal festive law enforcer first manifested himself in December 1999. In 2001 he presented “A Seminar on Art and Law with Santa Cop: Can a policeman be an artist?” at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff. This was followed by a long silence until he returned in 2019. These are some of his early actions.
